Janice E. Brown 70, of Duanesburg, passed away Friday, January 6, 2012 at her daughter’s home. Born in Schenectady, March 24, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Francis and Anita LaFontaine Thouin. Janice was a cake decorator at Price Chopper for many years. She enjoyed spending time with her family.
She was predeceased by her son, Rich Brown. Janice is survived by her husband, Richard Brown, daughter, Cherie Brown of Clifton Park, three grandchildren, Alex Brown-Santorelli, Sara Brown-Santorelli, and Jacoby Brown, brother, Gene Thouin of Scotia, three sisters, Maryann Thouin of Schenectady, Jackie Zeglen (Larry) of Scotia, Donna Pisani (Vic) of Ogdensburg, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be private. Memorial contributions may be made to the Lewy Body Dementia Association, 912 Killian Hill Road SW, Liburn, GA 30047.

Dear Cherie, Tara and I were sorry to hear about your Mother passing. We just wanted you to know are thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I remember her always saving a seat for me or making room so I could sit with you at all those school functions. That and all the sleepovers the girls had...
